Beaver Shriver, a member of our Miracle League Board of Directors, is helping
Care2Tri organize and promote a 5K & 1-Mile Dash scheduled for November 4. The event is intended to raise awareness for Care2Tri and their mission — advocate for differently-abled individuals by promoting their inclusion in activities from which they are often excluded such as running races and
triathlons.
The unified 1-Mile Dash / Walk / Wheel will connect able-bodied athletes with differently-abled athletes in a show of respect, friendship, understanding and inclusion. The event is free and open to everyone.
